Delivery
Ceramic orders, small objects and samples to UK Mainland will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For. International orders will be sent via courier. Small items are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days. Claud Christian is not responsible for any customs or duties incurred for international orders.
Large items such as furniture and some limited edition ceramics are made to order and have a lead time, please get in touch for further details at info@claudchristian.com. Deliveries will be sent via courier and may be crated depending on size and location, quotes are provided on enquiry.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please inform us within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us info@claudchristian.com, stating the reason for your return. We will then look at authorising your return. Once authorised, return the item(s) to us in their original, resaleable condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you repackage the returns appropriately to prevent any damage occurring in transit.
We reserve the right to determine whether the item is resaleable. If an item is deemed unsaleable we cannot issue a refund. An item must meet the following criteria to be deemed resaleable:
• The item is not damaged in any way. • The item has not been marked or stained in any way. • All components of the item are included in the returned package.
Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with a refund within 14 days. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
